Casa di Amelia B&B Bed and Breakfast

My name is Elena, I’m the owner of Ca’ Melia B&B.

The Amelia House was built in 1965 by my grandaddy Gildo, married with my granny Amelia on 1st May of 1943, after returning safe and sound from the Russian campaign.

The granny Amelia, widow in 1981, devotes her entire life to her son Luciano and her grandchildren Elena and Pietro.

Today is born the first Bed & Breakfast in Arconate…. To keep alive the memory of a great woman, my granny Amelia!

The guests have the opportunity to use the kitchen at any time: Lavazza espresso coffee machine, kettle for tea and herbal teas, cookies and pastries, cornflakes, yogurt, milk, juices, jams.

Newly renovated flat, situated in an ideal location to escape from the caos of the city and reach points of interest in less than half an hour.

To spend two or three relax days, possibility of long walks on the shore of Villoresi canal, or only 10 km to reach the Parco Naturale Lombardia in the valley of Ticino.

The guests have the opportunity to have dinner at the Restaurant & Winebar on the ground floor.

THE RULES OF B&B “CA’ MELIA”

Ca’ Melia B & B is happy to welcome you and communicates the following rules of procedure.

Staying at a bed and breakfast:

The bed & breakfast Ca’ Melia is a private apartment in which they are made ​​available to the guests one or more bedrooms, the kitchen can not be used for meals, but only for breakfast. Upon arrival at the B & B should be handed documents (passport, identity card or driving license) and you get the keys to the door and the room. The balance of the booking must be paid upon arrival at the B & B and it is not returned in case of early departure. The b & b is  authorized to accept credit cards.

After payment of the entire stay, you will receive the keys of the house, the door of the building and the room where you will be accommodated.

As the B & B’s small family-run establishments, there is no reception service available at all hours of the day as it happens for the hotel, so every tourist has to communicate by telephone to the owner of the chosen property of their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.

Pets are not allowed.

Luggage: You can not leave personal items in common areas, otherwise we do not accept any responsibility.

Breakfast is carried out in the living room of the B & B.

Cleaning is carried out daily, towels are changed every 3 days, linen change 1 time per week.

House Rules: As the owner of the house gives you the keys to your own home, please close and lock the door every time you go in and out for the safety of all. Because the front door is in common use, is forbidden to leave the key in the door lock inside to allow us and other guests free access. ‘s not allowed to bring other people in the house that are not those of the reservation room. ‘s not allowed to bring or consume alcohol or drugs, smoking is not allowed in the house. meals is not permitted inside the bedroom, any extra cleaning you will be charged. Kindly check after using the bathroom that water taps are properly closed (to avoid problems), and turn off the lights when not used on, do not throw it down the sink or in the toilet, nothing that can clog the pipes.
